College of Art and College of Education (COAE) project is government project owned by Kuwait University, Ministry of Education Kuwait. Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Al Rumaih & Co. supplied this project with KOHLER Plumbing and sanitary wares, faucets, chrome fittings, Roca Plumbing and sanitary wares, faucets, chrome fittings. The project is in Sabah Al-Salem Kuwait University City, Kuwait University @ Al-Shadadiyah. It was designed by Dar Al- Handasah Consultants (shair & partners) / Perkins+Will International Engineering Consultants W.L.L. in association with SSH international. The main contractor was Arabtec Construction L.L.C. The plumbing work was executed by DRAKE & SCULL INTERNATIONAL CO.
